Manufacturing and Engineering Videos

We have created a wide variety of videos for manufacturing and engineering companies. Ever since we made our first video for PARD in 2007 we were quickly sought by various other organisations to create a video to showcase the work, the facilities or the software that they have on offer. The use of video for the Manufacturing and Engineering industry has become increasingly popular as the importance of appealingly to a wider world audience is imperative. We have provided videos for traditional metal working companies to modern software development companies and we hope to push our creative skills further and further.

Delcam – Promo 2011

Producer: Warren Haughey Creative Director: Warren Haughey : Post: Brace Media

Animated video to promote the variety of services that they provide around the world. Instead of going down the traditional video route of showing various tools and products that they provide we wanted to create somethign that really stood out. They trusted our vision and the end result is something that shows a unique and forward thinking company. We even got to use some of the services that worked on the King Kong movie! Hope you enjoy.

2010 – Confederation of British Metalforming – Corporate Video

Producer: Warren Haughey Director: Warren Haughey

The Confederation of British Metalforming were looking to create a modern video to help encourage other companies to join and benefit from the services they provide. We filmed all over the UK seeing some amazing sights, in particular the forging companies where it seemed we had stepped back in time. We shot all the cut away footage using the HVX200 slow motion capabilities with graphics being created in After Effects. Hope you enjoy it!

WMG (formerly Warwick Manufacturing Group) is an academic department of the University of Warwick. They have grown into a global force to be reckoned with, delving outside its manufacturing core into new sectors: health, banking, the built environment and digital technology to name a few.

2010 – Delcam TV – Imetric Video

Producer: Warren Haughey Director: Warren Haughey

Continuing on from the success of the Iqube video (which helped to sell 3/4 of a million pounds in just the first 3 months of the video being released), we were asked back to create another video but this time it was all about the teeth. Again we went for the same clean style to keep in line with their branding and tried to show off all the machines perfect curves.

2010 – Delcam TV – Force India

Producer: Warren Haughey Director: Warren Haughey

Our fourth video for Delcam saw us filming in the amazing Force India offices. The video was to showcase the software that Delcam produces which helps Force India to make the cars go faster. We saw some really exciting things at Force India including being allowed to film inside the wind tunnel.
The reference for this video came from a Robbie Williams music video called “Supreme” . The video took half a day to film and between 3 to 4 days to edit.

2010 – Delcam TV – Crosby Composites

Producer: Warren Haughey Director: Warren Haughey

Furthering on our relationship with Delcam we created a video for one of their clients called Crosby Composites. We went for a different style this time around. Slowing everything down a little and using different lenses to create some depth of field. Mixed in with the music it creates an atmospheric insight in to the world of composites.

2009 – Keep Birmingham Tidy – Birmingham City Council Campaign

Producer: Warren Haughey Director: Ben Lister

Eight Eyed Sea Bass were looking to film some accurate footage of Birmingham, which would show a city getting fed up with being treated so badly.
Following a story board created by Petit Pois we filmed in various locations around Birmingham with the plan for EESB to fill in bits with the magic of 3D.
This video was later released on the big screen and shown in Cineworld on Broadstreet to name one venue.

2009 – Every Child Matters – Birmingham City Council Campaign

Producer: Warren Haughey Director: Ben Lister

Eight Eyed Sea Bass requested our production services again. The brief for this was to find actors that resembled drawings created by school children (which was no easy task) and then create a video that reflected the various elements of the Every Child Matters campaign.
The final DVD was distributed to all the primary schools in Birmingham.
